Position: Account Executive, Online Advertising Sales
Job Description:: MTS is seeking an exceptional Account Executive to develop and grow our CPM-based advertising programs outside of our core health-care vertical. The Account Executive will focus on building revenue streams through sponsorships and CPM-based advertising. This position offers significant growth potential and reports directly to the VP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow online advertising revenue outside our established client base by developing and implementing strategic and tactical marketing programs that achieve clients' online marketing objectives.
- Develop new business through prospecting within advertising agencies in the NYC Metro area.
- Analyze and review competitive environments and their impact on advertisers.
- Maintain and utilize database for all client contact.
- Perform timely advertising and revenue forecasting.
- Exhibit a team approach within the organization through open communication and organizational management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year online sales experience in a business-to-business environment, or online advertising agency experience with a desire and aptitude to move into sales.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in selling CPM-based programs a plus.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
