Position: Director, Digital Advertising Sales

Job Description:: MTS is seeking an exceptional Director of Advertising Sales. This key hire will lead agency representatives targeting non-pharma opportunities, which are already serviced by existing sales force. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with digital agencies in New York and selected cities nationwide.
  • Create and execute sales and revenue strategies, account planning and business processes for key agencies.
  • Evangelize QualityHealth Network within the advertising agency community.
  • Develop best practices and benchmarking initiatives to optimize agency relationships.
  • Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of QualityHealth Network's CPM and sponsorship opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in digital advertising, marketing, media, or management consulting; advertising agency experience is a plus.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Demonstrated success at collaborating with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships across departments.
  • Established network of senior-level agency relationships.
  • Deep cross-functional understanding of media businesses and ad-serving operations.
  • Substantial experience in business development, client relationship and servicing skills, and consultative selling.
