Position: Rx Sales Director

Job Description: MTS is seeking an aggressive, entrepreneurial individual to join its sales team and grow its pharmaceutical-based business. The successful candidate will develop unique solutions for our pharmaceutical clients based on the unique capabilities within MTS. He or she will develop relationships with key brand directors and managers at the pharmaceutical companies and become a trusted business partner. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fuel the growth of MTS within the pharmaceutical marketplace
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face sales calls with pharmaceutical brand directors, DTC brand managers, and senior executives in the online marketing sector
  • Build on established relationships with Rx clients
  • Utilize strong analytical skills with our consumer and patient data bases to provide innovative solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical vertical
  • Enjoy the opportunity to manage accounts and be highly compensated for significant growth
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years' solid pharmaceutical account-management experience
  • Strong relationships with consumer and/or online brand marketers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • The ability to run your own business area
  • A self-starter who enjoys being a consultant to senior-level marketers and executives
